Design Brief
If new product design a design brief template will be put together. This helps us fully understand your requirements, constraints, and objectives so I can provide an accurate quote and timeline.

Concept Design
We develop initial concepts and 3D models based on the brief. We’ll review these together and incorporate your feedback until the direction is right.

Prototype Manufacture Pack
Once the concept is approved, we create a complete set of professional manufacturing files, detailed technical drawings, and all information needed for fabrication.

Manufacture Prototype
Using the approved manufacturing pack, a prototype (or first-off sample) is produced. This allows us to test form, fit, and function in real-world conditions.

Production Run
After prototype validation and any final adjustments, we update the files and drawings into a production-ready pack optimised for volume manufacturing, cost efficiency, and repeatability.

Customer Sign-Off
Once you are fully satisfied with the results, we complete final documentation and sign-off. We remain available for any future modifications or support.
